Larix kaempferi Magic Gold

Larix kaempferi (Japanese larch) is admired for its graceful, soft needle clusters and seasonal transformations. The cultivar ‘Magic Gold’ accentuates that character by producing golden-yellow new foliage in spring, which gradually becomes a soft green as the season progresses. In autumn it turns golden before dropping the needles, leaving elegant bare structure for winter.
