Acer palmatum Strawberry Spring

Strawberry Spring is another introduction from the USA. This cultivar was discovered by the famous Talon Buchholz as a seedling from Amber Ghost.

It leafs out with gorgeous pink colors in the spring. The dark green veins provide a perfect contrast. The pink will fade to green, while the new summer growth brings fresh pink tones. In the fall, you will see stunning orange and red colors.

Strawberry Spring will be available at The Maple Nursery from September 2025 onwards.
