We understand this tree comes at a higher price, and we’d like to share why. This particular cultivar is very rare and currently in high demand, while also being difficult to reproduce. Acquiring these unique trees often requires significant time and investment. Despite this, our goal is always to make them more accessible: we continuously work to increase production so that costs can be spread over larger numbers and prices can gradually become more affordable.

A rare, dwarf weeping Japanese maple with laceleaf foliage richly variegated in red, pink, and cream in spring, aging to green while retaining variegation in summer, and finishing in radiant cherry-red come autumn. Compact and elegant, 1 m tall and up to 1.5 m wide in 10 years. Introduced by Tsukasa Nursery, it remains one of the most spectacular variegated laceleaves in cultivation.
