A finely dissected, weeping Japanese maple discovered by Bart Eykemans and named for his wife, Marielle. New leaves in spring boast a glowing fuchsia-red border that transitions to green before shifting to vivid orange-red in autumn. Compact and elegant growing to about 1.5 m across in 15 years. Best in partial shade to bring out its seasonal drama.
