Osakazuki is an old cultivar going back as far as the 19th century. This well-known cultivar is most famous for its fall color. Some claim it has the most intense color of all maples. For most of the growing season, the leaves will have a rich green color.
Osakazuki forms a round-topped, medium tree that grows up to 4m in height. It can be placed in sunny places as the large leaves do not burn easily.
