Acer palmatum Beni Chidori

Acer palmatum Beni Chidori is well known as a great cultivar for bonsai. It's a shame that it's very hard to find in the nursery trade.

It is a stunning Japanese maple with vibrant red and pink leaves that mature to a rich green color in summer. It is a compact and slower growing Japanese maple which also makes it ideal for any garden or container.
