The word 'dissectum' was scrabled and out came 'Demi sec' as it was neither mushroom shaped nor upright growing, but something in between. Hence 'demi-sec', as with champagne: sweet nor dry, but something in between. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eCor is not lying, because its beautiful shape is exactly the reason why we picked up this cultivar in our own range a couple of years ago.
